Operation Iron Ruck News Conference

Join ADVA on November 25 as we offer our support for the University of Alabama Campus Veterans Association, Auburn Student Veterans Association, and Operation Iron Ruck!

Operation Iron Ruck is an annual three-day, 151-mile ruck march between the student Veterans groups that promotes awareness for Veterans suicide prevention.

ADVA is contributing to the effort by organizing an opportunity for supporters to donate items needed and requested for Operation Iron Ruck. Donations are being deposited at numerous ADVA offices and facilities across the state. At the news conference, ADVA Interim Commissioner Jeff Newton will present the donated items to the student Veterans associations and applaud their efforts fighting for Veterans suicide prevention during next week’s news conference.
