Ribbon Cutting for Coosa County Veterans Service Office

The Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs (ADVA) is hosting a ribbon cutting for the opening of its Veterans service office in Coosa County.

The ribbon cutting is at Goodwater City Hall (22132 Hwy. 9) on May 26 at 10:30 a.m.

ADVA Commissioner Kent Davis, District II Manager Rogers Wilson, and other ADVA staff will be joined by Goodwater Mayor Lonnie Caldwell for the event.

The Coosa County office will officially open on May 31. It will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
